kings ph Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Should Know

Welcome to kings ph. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and kings ph ("we," "us," "our," "kings ph," "the Platform"). They apply to all services, games, and features available through kingsph.xyz.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register an account or use any part of the kings ph platform. Continued use of the site after any published update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1 Definitions

"Platform"

The kings ph website accessible at kingsph.xyz, including all games, features, tools, and services offered through it.

"Account"

A registered user profile created on kings ph that enables access to games and transactions.

"Balance"

The PHP amount currently held in a player's kings ph account, comprising deposited funds not yet used in gameplay and any confirmed winnings.

"Deposit"

The transfer of Philippine Peso funds from a player's payment method into their kings ph account balance.

"Withdrawal"

The transfer of PHP funds from a player's kings ph balance back to their nominated payment method.

"Game Result"

The outcome of any completed round, hand, or betting event on kings ph, as determined and recorded by the platform's systems.

"Bonus"

Any promotional credit, free play allocation, or other non-cash incentive issued to a player's account subject to applicable terms.

"Philippine Peso / PHP / ₱"

The official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, used exclusively for all monetary transactions on kings ph.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account at kings ph, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age.
2. You are physically located in the Philippines or are a Filipino citizen in a jurisdiction where accessing an online gaming platform is not prohibited by applicable local law.
3. You are registering and playing as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
4. You do not have an existing active or suspended kings ph account under any name or identity.
5. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
6. You are not a director, employee, contractor, or immediate family member of kings ph or any affiliated entity involved in the operation of the platform.

kings ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Providing false information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

3 Your Account

Each eligible person may open one kings ph account only. Registration requires accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and for updating them promptly if anything changes.

1. Single account rule. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one kings ph account — whether under the same name, different names, or through other persons — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified may be closed without prior notice, and balances in those accounts may be voided.
2. Account security. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. kings ph will never contact you to request your password or one-time verification code. Do not share these with any person or third-party service.
3. Unauthorised access. Notify kings ph immediately at support@kingsph.xyz if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. kings ph accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their own credentials.
4. Inactive accounts. Accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be designated inactive. kings ph will communicate any applicable conditions regarding inactive accounts separately. Any PHP balance in an inactive account remains the property of the player subject to verification.
5. Account closure. You may request closure of your kings ph account at any time by contacting support. Any verified remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with Section 5. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the review is complete.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits to kings ph are processed in Philippine Peso. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to another person, is not permitted.

1. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the kings ph deposit screen at the time of transaction. These amounts may change without prior notice.
2. kings ph does not accept cash deposits, transfers to personal mobile numbers, or payments through unofficial channels. Any payment sent outside the official kings ph deposit process is done entirely at the player's own risk and kings ph accepts no obligation to credit such funds.
3. Deposits are credited to your kings ph balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. kings ph is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
4. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not derived from illegal activity and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

5 Withdrawals

1. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. kings ph reserves the right to process withdrawals to any payment method linked to your verified account.
2. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. kings ph may request government-issued ID, proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.
3. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, processing timelines, and any applicable fees are displayed on the kings ph withdrawal screen at the time of request.
4. Bonus balances are subject to separate wagering conditions detailed in Section 7. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
5. kings ph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of account abuse, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms. The player will be notified of any such hold and the reason will be communicated where possible.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on kings ph operate under specific rules displayed within each game interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding those rules before participating. Participation in any game constitutes your acceptance of its applicable rules.

1. Game results. All game outcomes on kings ph are determined by certified random processes where applicable. The result recorded in the kings ph system is the official and final result for each round, hand, or event. Visual discrepancies caused by connection issues or screen rendering do not override the system record.
2. Technical disruptions. In the event of a system error, technical fault, or connectivity interruption during a round, kings ph will use recorded data to determine the fair resolution. If a round cannot be fairly resolved from available data, kings ph may void the affected bet and return the staked PHP to the player's balance.
3. Bet confirmation. A bet is only confirmed and deducted once the system records it as placed. Uncertainty about whether a bet was confirmed should be resolved by checking your account transaction history, not by repeating the bet placement.
4. No guarantee of outcome. No game result on kings ph is guaranteed in advance. Past outcomes do not predict future results. kings ph does not endorse any strategy, system, or claim that purports to guarantee winnings.
5. Malfunctions. If a game or feature malfunctions in a manner that generates an erroneous result, kings ph reserves the right to void that result and return the PHP staked to the player's account. No liability is accepted for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a malfunction.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Kings ph may offer promotional bonuses, free credit, or other incentive structures from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. When a conflict exists, the specific promotion terms apply to that promotion.

1. Bonuses are issued to a player's kings ph account at the sole discretion of kings ph and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
2. Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements — a specified multiple of the bonus amount that must be played through before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
3. Attempting to abuse a bonus — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing hedging bets, or exploiting promotional conditions in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
4. kings ph reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds if it is determined that the promotion was claimed in breach of applicable terms.
5. Players may opt out of receiving promotional offers by contacting support at support@kingsph.xyz.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at kings ph. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.

1. Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
2. Using false, stolen, or third-party identity or payment information.
3. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical means, collusion, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
4. Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity, or using kings ph in connection with money laundering or other financial crime.
5. Accessing the platform through automated scripts, bots, or any non-human means.
6. Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or support interactions.
7. Threatening, harassing, or abusing kings ph staff or other players through any communication channel.
8. Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate transaction made through your own account.
9. Sharing account credentials with any other person or allowing another person to operate your kings ph account.

9 Responsible Gaming

kings ph is committed to providing entertainment in a responsible manner. All players are encouraged to approach the platform as a form of paid leisure, not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulty.

2. Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to stop playing and seek support. Self-exclusion requests may be submitted by contacting support@kingsph.xyz.
3. kings ph reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close an account where there is concern that a player may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
4. Players are solely responsible for managing their own entertainment budget. kings ph does not accept liability for financial losses that exceed a player's stated budget or disposable income.
5. The kings ph platform is not available to persons under 18 years of age. If you suspect a minor has accessed the platform using your account, contact support immediately.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kings ph platform — including but not limited to the site design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and underlying software — is the property of kings ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

1. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kings ph platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any kings ph content without prior written authorisation.
3. The kings ph name, logo, and brand identifiers may not be used in any context outside the platform without explicit written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kings ph shall not be liable for:

1. Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
2. Loss of data, loss of anticipated profit, or loss of opportunity arising in connection with the kings ph platform.
3. Interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of kings ph, including but not limited to connectivity failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
4. Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other external services that affect the platform's operation.
5. Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials or their breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Amendments

kings ph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kings ph will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the kings ph platform after any published revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you disagree with a revised version of these Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the kings ph platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, unless resolved by mutual agreement between the parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
